I've tweaked these over hundreds of sessions with real people who had real lives and real excuses (trust me, I've heard 'em all). Whether you're coming back after years off or you're already pretty fit, we got something that'll push you exactly where you need to be pushed.

HIIT Inferno Program
Advanced

HIIT Inferno

6-week program | 4x weekly

This one's gonna hurt in the best way possible. We're talking max effort intervals that'll have you questioning your life choices - but only for 30 seconds at a time. Perfect if you're already pretty active and want to torch fat while keeping that muscle you worked hard for.

New to lifting? Been away from the gym for a while? This is your starting line. We'll teach you the big lifts the right way - no ego lifting here. I've seen too many people hurt themselves trying to skip this part. Master the basics and everything else gets way easier down the road.

For athletes or folks who train like 'em. We're building explosive power, speed, and the kind of conditioning that makes you feel unstoppable. This isn't just about looking good - it's about moving better and performing when it counts. Heads up though, you gotta be pretty solid already to handle this volume.

Think of this as HIIT's slightly less crazy cousin. Still intense, but with more structure and strategy. We're revving up your metabolism and keeping it elevated long after you leave. Great for cutting fat without feeling like you're dying every single workout. You'll sweat buckets though, fair warning.

This one's for people who wanna move better in everyday life, not just in the gym. We start with a full movement assessment to see where you're actually at, then fix what needs fixing. Perfect if you've got nagging issues or just wanna feel more athletic. Honestly, everyone should probably do this at least once.

How To Pick The Right Program

Strength Foundation or Movement Mastery - both are solid starting points. If you've got any aches or pains, go with Movement first. If you're feeling good and just wanna build strength, Foundation's your jam. Honestly can't go wrong with either, and we'll make sure you're doing everything safely.

Try HIIT Inferno or Athletic Performance and let me know if you're bored. Seriously though, both programs scale up pretty aggressively. We've had competitive athletes come through and get their butts kicked. If somehow you're crushing it too easily, we'll adjust on the fly.

Life happens, I get it. Most programs have some flexibility built in. Missing a session here and there won't kill your progress. If your schedule's really unpredictable though, Personal Training might be better since we can work around whatever you've got going on.
