Just walk in during open hours - no appointment needed to check out the space. If you wanna chat with a trainer, booking ahead helps but we're pretty flexible.

Nope, that's literally what we're here for. We've had everyone from complete beginners to semi-pro athletes walk through our doors. Every program gets scaled to where you're at right now - not where you think you should be.

Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We've got towels, showers, and all the equipment. If you've got specific shoes you like training in, bring 'em - otherwise sneakers are fine.

Yeah for sure! We do a free trial class so you can see if our style clicks with you. No point signing up if you're not gonna enjoy the process, right? Just give us a heads up so we can reserve your spot.

Honest answer? Depends on where you're starting and how consistent you are. Most people notice energy changes within the first week, visible changes around 4-6 weeks if they're showing up regularly. We're not selling magic pills here - it's real work that gets real results.

Tell us about it upfront - we'll work around it or help you strengthen it, depending on what you need. We do movement assessments for exactly this reason. Your safety matters way more than pushing through something that might make things worse.
